At Kilmartin House Museum we bring ancient times to life, allowing people, especially children, to experience the past in a different way.
The Kilmartin Glen, packed with the signs of prehistoric people and with an abundant natural history, is a wonderful resource where environmental education can take place.
Working closely with local schools, we provide support to teachers working on History, Environmental and Geographical studies or projects. Life long learning is also supported through events, workshops and exhibitions.
The Museum also plays host to the Great Auks, a young people's after-school environmental and archaeological club.
