Description
These stones, adding to the largest collection of Medieval slabs in the West Highlands, are in a stone lapidarium partly of possibly 17th century date. The left stone commemorates Donald Campbell of Eilean Righ. The right stone commemorates Angus and Neil Campbell, also of Eilean Righ.
These two stones are the most modern of the slabs located in the mausoleum within the graveyard of Kilmartin Church. Designs in false relief and inscriptions date these stone to about 1710.
Access / Ownership
The church and carved stones within the graveyard have free access all year.
