| This stone lies 100m NW of the North end of the 13 stone setting at Nether Largie. A further outlier once stood 300m W of the S end of the setting. Several astronomical functions have been suggested for these stones. | |
| This picture shows only part of what was once a stone about 1.8m high. It has a pronounced lean to the SE. This outlier is thought to have been used in alignment with the central stones. | |
