Kilmartin Museum is committed to providing a welcoming, engaging and accessible experience for all so that everyone can enjoy and explore our collections, changing exhibitions and events. This webpage provides an overall introduction to the range of resources in the museum which we hope will help you plan and make the most of your visit.

Museum Entrance

The museum has one entrance and provides level access to the reception area and shop of the museum. There are automatic doors at the entrance.

Blue Badge Parking

We have three parking spaces dedicated to visitors with a blue-badge. These are located very near the Museum entrance, on the same level. 

Assistance dogs

Guidance and assistance dogs are welcome throughout Kilmartin Museum.

Breastfeeding

You are welcome to breastfeed anywhere in the museum. There is seating on every level. Please ask our staff to show the nearest seating or quiet space if you would prefer more privacy.  

Wheelchair and Buggy Access

We aim to ensure that all wheelchairs and buggies have access to all areas of the musuem, including toilets and baby changing facilities. Wheelchair and buggy accessible toilets are available on the first floor which can be accessed via a lift in reception. Please ask staff if you require assistance.
