In the Footsteps of Kings isn't just a great book to read — it's a book to take out into the landscape.
So what better way to launch the new edition than with a walk through some of Kilmartin Glen's most remarkable archaeological sites?
On 10 October, author Dr Sharon Webb MBE will lead a small group from Kilmartin Museum to explore some of the highlights featured in the book and will also be available to sign your very own copy.
11.00am–12.30pm
The walk will visit:
• Glebe Cairn • Temple Wood • Nether Largie South
Places on the walk are free, and limited to 20 people. A wet weather option will be available.
Sharon will be in the Museum foyer for book signing, meeting visitors and answering your questions from 10.00–11.00am and again from 2.00–4.00pm.
